What is a Tech Editor?

A Tech Editor will go through a pattern line by line and check it for errors, omissions, inconsistencies and other problems that may or may not have been picked up by pattern testers. It is a completely separate process to pattern testing and does not involve making the item. A Tech Editor can also make sure all your patterns have a consistent style and layout. A Tech Editor will make your patterns easier to use and reduce the number of queries and support requests you receive.
